The International Summer School of Photography (ISSP) 2013 took place in Kuldīga, Latvia, from 3 - 11 August 2013, hosting 71 participants from 23 countries of the world. ISSP 2013 offered six thematic workshops by Esther Teichmann, Todd Hido, Yan Morvan, Yuri Kozirev & Andrei Polikanov, Teun van der Heijden and Elina Brotherus.
