International Summer School of Photography

An update on the International Summer School of Photography: given the situation in the world, we are shifting our international education activities towards the focus on interaction between art and society, bringing the human rights and social and ecological sustainability dimensions into the core of creative work. The discussion has been initiated at the last full format International Summer School of Photography - "Photography and the World" in Zaļenieki in August 2019 and is continuing since. The ISSP Summer School of Socially Engaged Art took place in Cēsis in July 2022. For new thematic project-based editions, please follow our general news!
